Grade I Admission
Call for New Admission: As per the notice, admissions are typically open from February. Every year, the formal admission inquiry begins from the day of Saraswati Pooja. Form Distribution: Forms can be obtained from the School Administration Office at any Pathshala located in Bagdol, Lalitpur or New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Form Submission: Forms must be submitted within the specified timeline along with the necessary supportive documents. Admission Screening and Interview: The school administration schedules specific dates for admission screening and interviews, which are communicated to parents. Enrollment: Selected students’ parents or guardians are notified by the school to enrol their child within a certain timeframe. They are provided with the student’s registration ID number, a payment voucher, a parent’s handbook, a booklist, a dress code list, and an invitation card for the New Parents Orientation.
Grade XI Admission
Admissions in Pathshala Pre-Uni Program (XI) are open in June and July each year. However, we welcome our prospective students for school visits anytime throughout the year. Online Inquiry Form: Students can fill out inquiry forms available on social media platforms and book appointments for visits and counseling. Form Distribution: Forms for admission in Grade XI can be obtained from the School Administration Office at any Pathshala School located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, or Bagdol, Lalitpur. Entrance Test and Interview: Once the admission forms are filled out, students can sit for computer-based entrance tests.

Inquiry
Parents or guardians make inquiries regarding the admission process, curriculum, facilities, and other relevant information.
School Tour
Interested parents or students are invited to take a tour of the school facilities to get a firsthand experience of the environment and infrastructure.
Application Submission
Applicants can submit their completed application forms along with the required documents to the School Administration Office.
Proficiency Evaluation
Applicants undergo a proficiency evaluation assessment, which includes written tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
Admission Decision
Based on the results of the proficiency evaluation assessment and other criteria, the school's admission committee makes decisions regarding the acceptance of applicants.
Enrollment
Selected students' parents or guardians are provided with instructions and deadlines for completing the enrollment process.
