This New Admission Guideline is prepared to help parents clearly understand the admission process of the school. Our aim is to make admission fair, transparent, and child-friendly. Admission is the first step of a long journey where the school and parents work together for the overall growth of the child academically, socially, and emotionally.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Admission
3.1 Age Requirement (Grade I)
- The child must be 5 and a half years old at the time of admission.
- The date of birth must not be after 2077/07/01.
- Age is verified using the official birth certificate.
3.2 Academic Requirement
- For Grade I, the child must have completed UKG (Prep II) from a recognized school.
- For Grade II and above, the student must have passed the previous grade from a recognized school.
3.3 Admission Form
- All information in the admission form must be filled clearly and completely.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms may delay the admission process.
- Parents are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
4. Assessment for Admission
4.1 Assessment for Grade I
- Students applying for Grade I will appear for a verbal and written assessment.
- There is less written examination for Grade I.
- The assessment focuses on:
- Basic language skills (listening and speaking)
- Simple number understanding
- Ability to follow instructions
- Social and emotional readiness
- The assessment is conducted in a friendly and supportive manner.
4.2 Assessment for Grade II and Above
- Students applying for Grade II and above must appear for a verbal and written assessment.
- The entrance examination usually includes:
- English
- Nepali
- Mathematics
- General knowledge (as suitable for the grade)
- The purpose of the exam is to understand the student’s level and provide proper support.
5. Required Documents for Admission
Parents must submit the following documents:

- Admission Form (from the school)
- Birth Certificate (issued by the local authority)
- Character Certificate (from previous school)
- Transfer Certificate (from previous school)
- Final Examination Result of the previous grade
- EMIS Number (as required by the Government of Nepal)
- Passport-sized photographs (Students- 4, both parents- 1 each)
5.2 Document Verification
- Original documents must be shown during verification if required.
- Photocopies have to be submitted to keep for school records.
- Any false or missing document may result in cancellation of admission.
6. Admission Process (Step by Step)
- Collect the prospectus and admission form from the school office.
- Submit the completed form with the required documents.
- The student appears for assessment as per grade.
- Parent interaction may be conducted if needed.
- Admission results are shared with parents.
- Complete admission payment to confirm admission.
