While celebrating the diversity of our school population, we also seek to forge among parents, students, teaching and non-teaching staff. This unified and caring community exhibits mutual respect and understanding, where each individual feels welcomed and valued. We believe that through consistent application of these principles and ideals, a learning community will be nurtured in which rational, caring and intellectually discerning students will develop.
School staff
The most important academic resource any school has, of course, is the staff. We are fortunate in having dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic teachers who conduct the most of our activities, both within the school day offering a broad, balanced curriculum and after school with numerous clubs and activities. This school has ongoing teacher induction programs for professional development. Child as well as adult development is the prime concern of this school.

They are trained in curriculum development, teaching pedagogy, assessment, psychology, positive discipline, classroom management, parental involvement, communication system etc.
Number of Students
There are eight grades, not exceeding 30 students in each sections average with teaching students assistants helping in classes and withdrawing group for additional support. Pathshala follows two systems of teaching i.e. Grade Teaching and Subject Teaching. In Grade Teaching, each class has two teachers- head teachers and co-teachers. Head teachers are fully responsible for child and instructional activities whereas co-teachers are accountable to their head teachers in the classes. Similarly, Subject teaching is for the specific knowledge based teaching learning activities. Each Teacher plans lessons full of activities for firsthand experience based information as far as practicable. We have provision of appointing paraprofessionals in our classrooms. Each class is equipped with teaching materials and other resources for learning.
