i. General
Please
1. Inform the school if you think some information about the habit of child is helpful to school.
2. Never compare a child with another because every human being has unique capacity and differences.
3. While giving feedback and suggestion, be specific and case based. Feedback and suggestions could be written or Oral but it must be between Class Teacher or Principal or Chief Executive.
4. If you think you could be help in teaching learning activities of the school, let the school have knowledge in advance so that it can plan for respective interaction classes as a resource person.
5. Let's think of common interest, We discourage to seek favour from administration and teachers.
6. School area is a smoking and alcohol free zone.
7. Call to office for appointment before you meet head teacher or Principal.
8. Try to observe the positive changes taking place in your child. It is a gradual process.
9. Do not expect too much and too soon, changes and growth depends on person to person.
10. Ensure whether there is an appropriate environment in your house to groom a child as a morally, socially and academically healthy child. If there are lacking, school may help you. Open mindedness of the parents or guardians is important.
11. Parents or Guardians is obliged to come to school on time in meeting scheduled in school. Prior notice is a must if there is a reason of absence.
12. If the child is absent, parents/guardians are strongly advised to inform to school to their earliest with the reason.
13. Cooperation of parents in the day to day learning of the child is mandatory, Only school or only home can not groom a child in learning, Constant encouraging effort from both side motivates the child to learn better.
14. If the child is loosing interest in learning, gets easily distracted, lies frequently, using abusing language or quite violent to their siblings, school needs to know on time.
ii. Security
The safety of the whole PNF family is important. Students are the ones who need a lot of precaution and support from parents and school especially at present situation. It is quite often heard in the news that children are missing, falling at risk and are victimized by criminals. Rapid urbanization of Kathmandu Valley, low morale of security personnel, developing and emerging of criminal gangs and political turmoil are some major causes:
Please read these guidelines carefully and make sure you are clear about your responsibilities.
1. 1.If we have to close PNF at short notice then a letter will go home at the end of the school day, or the PNF emergency phone tree will be activated. Teachers/Office Assistant will call their class according to the lists so that each family should only receive one phone call.
2. In case the bus got traffic in jam on the way due to strike or other reasons, it may cause delay, Please wait with patience.
3. 3.Walkers' parents make sure children are sent to school with someone reliable.
4. If some parents are sensing the threat or have some sensitive issues in and outside family, bring some matters into the notice of school on time, such information should be given in written form to head teacher or principal.
5. We advise you to give the list people who are permitted to send the child with from the school.
6. Ensure your child knows the telephone number of residence, parents mobile number (if any) and school, he can inform in case of emergency.
7. Pathshala will contact you by phone the evening or send the written notice with child before the following day if we have to close for security reasons.
8. All students know which evacuation group they are in and with which staff.
9. Please make sure that you keep Pathshala informed and updated with phone number and e-mail address changes.
10. The children are not allowed to bring any dangerous objects to school.
11. 11.Ornaments or other valuable things unless it is necessary and has some uses with the purpose of the school is discouraged to bring to school, if such items got lost, school will not be responsible.
iii. Financial
1.Tuition, Bus and Lunch/Snacks installments must be paid by the 10th of Nepali Calendar of each alternative month.
2. Please do not forget to take Fee memo/receipt while clearing the dues.
3. A fine of Rs. 100 will be charged for delay payments for each consecutive delayed months.
4. Tuition Fess will be charged for 12 months whereas Bus and Lunch/Snacks will be charged only for 11 months.
5. Admission, Annual and Monthly Fees once paid are not refundable, non-endorsable and non-transferable except security deposit. However, if a child has to be taken out from the school in the mid-session, Security Deposit is not refunded.
5. If you feel comfortable to pay the bill through bank, Deposit the cash in an account No: 2298 /Current of Rastriya Banijya Bank, New Baneshwor (BICC premises) and submit the deposit voucher or its photocopy to school account.
6. The Parents/ Guardians of Boarders, who are unable to visit the school regularly in every two months to clear dues on time can deposit the fees for six months or above at a time. Failure to pay fees in time may result in temporary or permanent expulsion from the Boarding House.
7. It is mandatory to produce original voucher/receipt for security Deposit Refund, which will be paid after completion of school level. In case of transfer or expulsion, no security deposit will be refunded.
8. Parents/guardians must keep the receipt/voucher safely. In case of discrepancy, they must submit original receipt/voucher.
9. For any items lost, stolen or damaged of school property made by the child, school demands compensation. It is intended against those who make unauthorized use or found misusing.
10. In case of any disputes, the decision of School will be final and abiding. The College reserves the right to modify/eliminate existing norms and/or formulates new ones at any given time in future, if deemed necessary.
